Solana’s RWA Market Growth: Surpassing $418 Million

Solana’s Rise in Tokenized Assets

Solana is making significant strides in the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA), with its total tokenized asset value exceeding $418 million. This marks a remarkable 140% growth since the beginning of the year, as highlighted in a recent report by Messari.

Market Comparison and Positioning

This impressive growth rate far exceeds the overall RWA market, which has seen a 62.4% increase in 2025. Currently, Solana holds a 3.9% share of the RWA market, placing it fourth overall, trailing behind ethereum (58.4%), ZKsync Era (17.2%), and Aptos (4%).

Factors Driving Solana’s Momentum

According to Messari, Solana’s rapid ascent can be attributed to its high transaction speeds, low fees, and a developer-friendly ecosystem. The platform now supports a wide variety of tokenized assets, including U.S. treasuries and institutional funds.

Key Players in Solana’s RWA Landscape

Leading the way in Solana’s RWA sector are Ondo’s U.S. Dollar Yield Fund and ONe’s institutional fund, which together account for $277 million of the network’s RWA valuation. Ondo has also recorded a 24-hour trading volume of $2.7 million, generating fees that contribute positively to the Solana network.

Competitive Landscape

While ethereum continues to dominate the RWA space, generating $15.9 million in revenue over the past 30 days compared to Solana’s $3.9 million, newer blockchain platforms are gaining ground. In the last month, Aptos has increased its RWA value by 52.7%, while Solana has seen a 14.6% rise, both outpacing ethereum’s modest 3.6% growth.

The Expanding RWA Market

The total market for RWA now exceeds $25 billion, with tokenization becoming increasingly popular among institutions seeking quicker settlement times and broader global access.
